Learn some fundamental rhythmic figures!

A funky rhythm exercise with some seventh chords.

You can't build a lead without a solid rhythm foundation. This lesson should help you get your chops up to speed while focusing on intricate rhythm guitar parts.

The workout has two main strumming patterns, one is something like pop, while the other is a bit funky. The chord progression of the pop part was not not exactly meant to be a progression, although we can name all the chords, but it is actually three voices playing in polyphony, while the funky part came out of nowhere.

In this lesson we will continue to work on some fundamental and more complicated rhythm figures.
